Can't afford
exotic trips to places like Sipadan or Fiji, or even Cayman Brac? Have
we got a trip for you! join us on our annual trek to Key Largo, where we've
put together an easy and economical dive trip for you.
Your accommodations begin Sunday evening, May 7th at Kelly's on the
Bay at mile marker 104. Kelly's is a motel geared toward divers, with a
dive shop conveniently located on the premises. Just a few steps away from
your room are two new custom-designed dive boats. When you are not diving,
your wet gear hangs in a fenced area that is securely locked between dives,
which means no wet, salty gear in your car or your room. You won't need
to bring tanks or weights.
We are scheduled to make two dives each day Monday-Thursday, plus one
night dive, for a total of 9 boat dives. You may finish your PADI certification
(4 dives), get your advanced rating (5 dives), earn a specialty or two,
or just dive to have fun! Because the area is protected, the fish are very
friendly and swim closer to divers than most other places. After diving
is done for the day, there's great shopping for scuba and other bargains!
You won't even need to drive anywhere for breakfast; just roll out of
bed and make your way to the breakfast area at Kelly's for your choice
of cereal, pancakes, donuts, bagels, juice, tea, coffee, or whatever else
they happen to be serving.
Sound pretty good? The cost of $398 (double occupancy) covers 4 nights
lodging, taxes, 9 boat dives, weights, tanks, and breakfast. You pay for
your own travel expenses (van pool or fly), meals other than breakfast,
certification fees and any other scuba equipment you need. If you want
to extend your stay, the cost is $89/room; additional diving is $45/two
dive boat ride. A $200 deposit will guarantee you one of the available
spots, but don't wait too long! Call or e-mail now, since space is
limited. |
